At realgm they got tweets saying Rubio for Rose/KOQ was the preliminary talk. I'm assuming more has to be involved to make salaries work.

If somehow phil can flip rose for a first rounder, I'd welcome him back next year with open arms. I'd even be willing to take rubio if they are willing to take noah as well. So basically rose/noah for rubio/1st round pick. Obviously other players would need to be involved for the contracts to line up

Wolves can absorb Rose and O'quinn salary, but those two are worth more than Rubio .... I wonder would they be willing to let the 2017 pick go?

the kings are literally the only franchise more defunct than the knicks
no one is giving away future first rounders for a player that will make your team worse that also is on a 4 year deal worth 70+ million on the wrong side of 30.
