Everyone in Harlem was warned in the 90's and no one did anything. Right on 145th and Bradhurst there is a Starbucks where if u look inside u would think it was a Starbucks in downtown manhattan. Just 20 years ago that was abandoned rubble. Its still hood tho. Plus HarlemBX and BK are different now cuz there are cops on every corner like if we are under marshal law.

Stop it, the people in those areas rent, not own, if a developer wants to build there, he will and those people will be gone. Everything changes when you do not own shyt. I used to live in an area of Queens that was mostly black and Latino and my building was 90% mixed, now 10 years later it went co-op and 2% black and 10% Latino , the rest all white because its not about being stupid to pay for higher rents in an area, it is supply and demand, if a well off tenant wants to move in an area and the landlord wants to charge more, that's life. Think for a minute, if you can afford to live where you want and you have the option wouldn't you?

If I could afford to live where I want I would live in a damn mansion or condo on the coast of some sexy island. I'm confused as to what you're rebutting tbh.
