i been away to long, my feeling died.
ahh Harlem is in Manhattan, i look at like this, anyone where you live if you keep area nice be proud of that, being proud of living in a hell hole and you work hard all day for this place is insane.i remember driving through harlem late at night last summer and we saw this one white chick walking by herself with mad black dudes just hanging out on the corner sitting on lawn chairs. She just gave them thelook and kept it moving. I was shocked just seeing this lonesome snowbunny walking the block like she owned it. And u can tell she's a transplant from manhattan or somewhere and didnt grow up on that block.

The gentrifying trend will continue, but black people overall will never get the inner city in those areas back if they make more money because if black people were taken care of their neighborhoods, gentrification wouldn't be able to happen. BTW, you all do know that the covert mission of gentrification is to flush ghetto nikkas out of those areas, right? CACs are casting them nikkas into the outer darkness.

i live in crown heights and it's gentrifying by the minute. every time some black people move out white people move in and it seems that most of them are moving down south, queens, the burbs, or cheaper more hood neighbourhoods. And yea a lot of those whites girls moving in get dikked downed by black dudes but most of them look 
and others be on some shyt.
I don't really mind it, fukk that hood bullshyt. i grew up in brownsville and eastflatbush and all that shyt gets tired. I mean they are people that are getting forced out that always had it hard, but then they are people who made good money at some point but just spent it on ghetto fabulous shyt and never saved, invest or bought property.
Also theirs a lot of black home owners who are eating good off the higher rents and property prices.

Race is real, but in the discussion of gentrification its a distraction. When people start following the $$$ thats when things start to make sense.
