Prices seem to be rising because of hype. Most of the areas on the list are still hood as fucc. Amenities are not prevalent. This will likely lead to prices falling

Mott Haven has some nice buildings, the Bronx is pretty tough though and then commuting...

Looks like people are chasing the dragon just looking at how much the median is changing.

Anyways only a matter of time, prices are coming down in Brooklyn and rent seems to be getting lower over here too
