Here a tip. I live in LIC and all those new luxury buildings are not filled . They are giving great deals now to move in. Now to be honest, your credit better be up and you have a decent to good job.
I have an appointment next week to see a studio in Tower 28 for a studio. My current building is offering me 1 1/2 month to resign my lease. For anyone with a 1 bedroom they offering 2 months to resign. These new places are dropping prices or making deals if you present them a decent offer. Here is another tip. Some not all of the brokers are black and will look out if you seriously looking.

Studio for 2000 to 2300 . With 2 free months. Again depending on your broker you may get lower rates or another free month. I’m looking at a studio for 1750 Tuesday.
