Breh no hipsters are coming to Eastern Queens, that commute alone warrants that a no fly zone. The only thing it would Jamaica ; Far Rock, Rosedale, etc will turn into are city suburbs(something like the area near the throngs Neck Bridge or City Island). If you live over a hour from midtown via subway, your neighborhood will not be hipster central, so that basically leaves north Staten Island and South Bronx as the final spots to get that Bushwick/Harlem treatment.
