You are disregarding my comment. Almost every rich person has a home in California, that's a given, but they also have a home in one of the exclusive NJ suburbs like Alpine. Thats why I said 99% of the US, because of the major cities in the US. Outside of the major cities in most of the US, there isn't shyt. NJ as the most densely populated state, and is one of the best states to live in because of proximity and because there are people everywhere. California is great, but I've stayed in places like Chico and humboldt, and mendo, where the nearest gas station is an hour away. But LA and SF are so great that it can be in the conversation.
