My main issue with LeBron is that his teammates don't fear him when they don't produce

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
When Bron gets his numbers that’s W for him, just look how happy he was after game 2, if you’re his teammate you don’t know for sure what you’re playing for at any given night
These are grown men and professionals. You don’t think they know what they’re playing for or they suddenly forget once they’re playing with LBJ. :camby:

Facts

I think LBJ is one of the greatest to ever lace him up and seeing him go off is art

BUT

The thing that separates Playoff LBJ from Playoff MJ

This nikka Bron doing choreographed handshakes while 0-1 down in a series

He is constantly barking at his team mates for every little mistake

He sits on an elevated chair. He sits on an elevated chair! He’s damn near 6’9” sitting on an elevated seat. So is Ty Lue.

MJ sat on an elevated seat too: because his game and his approach to the game and his sheer determination not just to beat but to annihilate opponents made zero space for handshake routines: it made space only for respect. Everybody knew it: MJ was the lion in the jungle.

Yes LeBron is the leader, and he keeps telling us ‘as the leader of this team...’. MJ showed us why he’s the leader.

At the end of the day, unless you can score 110 a game yourself, it’s a team sport and players need to feel supported, believed in and backed up by the leader when things go bad and praised when things go right.

The energy is too negative, is he still not over that Mario Chalmers type approach?

It’s why Kyrie was like fukk it.

Also; there are no REAL consequences to playing terrible basketball. LBJ will still do his handshake routine and ‘believe in him’.

I also don’t get the matching suits, 1-2 Finals ago it was Custom Beats and watches... the gift is the Championship. Maybe this makes them more spoiled than competitive.

He needs someone like MJ or Kobe to tell him what to change up when he goes to the next place.

I think Bron is a great teammate in terms of building camaraderie and all that. But he's definitely way too attached to cats he just likes. He's the reason nikkas like James Jones and Perk ride the bench for 5 years on his squads. Truth be told my read on the Bron/Kobe/Jordan thing is that LeBron is probably the best human being of the 3 and the person you'd probably most want to play with/be around. The other 2 are straight killers and they'll push their best friend in front of a train to win if they have to. Kobe has no friends and none of his teammates got down with him. MJ only keeps cats around him that will bend to his will always. Bron seems to wanna have teammates he can kick it with and hang out with. That said I don't know if having the other type of personality would make a huge difference in terms of winning titles or anything

Bron would have 7 titles right now with that mentality

lol naw. He wasn't beating the Spurs in 09 with that trash squad even if he had nikkas mamas in choke chains behind the bench. Also wasn't beating the Spurs in 14 with D Wade limping around and the Spurs out there making basketball look like ballet. If he was built differently he could've had the Dallas one though but that's more about his mindset with his own game, not his teammates.

I will say 5 at least ...

You are right, he wasn't winning in 2007 or 2015.. but the other years he would have had a chance with the killer mentality

Not last year either. Folks forget the Cavs had one of the most dominant runs in NBA history in the Eastern playoffs and had one of the best offenses in history (playoffs at least). Dubs ran through them like a hot knife through butter.

Meanwhile Mike was putting the beats on his roleplayers during practice

He did that to Kerr.... and y’all making it seem like Jordan was Nino.... when Cartwright already pinned him... he couldn’t whoop Scottie and wasn’t about to dare step to Harp or Randy Brown
