My main issue with LeBron is that his teammates don't fear him when they don't produce

I think Bron is a great teammate in terms of building camaraderie and all that. But he's definitely way too attached to cats he just likes. He's the reason nikkas like James Jones and Perk ride the bench for 5 years on his squads. Truth be told my read on the Bron/Kobe/Jordan thing is that LeBron is probably the best human being of the 3 and the person you'd probably most want to play with/be around. The other 2 are straight killers and they'll push their best friend in front of a train to win if they have to. Kobe has no friends and none of his teammates got down with him. MJ only keeps cats around him that will bend to his will always. Bron seems to wanna have teammates he can kick it with and hang out with. That said I don't know if having the other type of personality would make a huge difference in terms of winning titles or anything

Tbh, I don't blame bron for it. 82 games is a longg seaaon. You gotta deal with losses, retarded media, controversy, personality clashes. I mean, alotta cash involved with them wins and losses I can see why bron try to keep it relaxed. Nikkas livelihoods on the line, just ask deron williams . Imagine how many times kobe been close to catching the beats from Ron arrest or shaq

So you want him to beat his teammates
:patrice:

More like verbally abuse his teammates :ehh:

Ain’t nothing wrong with a lil “y’all nikkas soft like charmin! Motherfukkas ain’t doing shyt for me!” every once in a while to instill some fear and respect into his teammates :obama:

Jordan's intensity worked because his teammates saw he was not only the best, but the hardest working and held himself to a high standard. Bron's intensity doesn't work because while his teammates see he is the best, they also see someone who shrinks from responsibility and doesn't hold himself to the highest standard. When you see Bron not playing defense (but yelling at anyone else who doesn't play defense), not getting down the court after bad calls, not wanting to practice...that shyt adds up.

People notice when leaders don't take responsibility and are always looking for the game within the game in order to avoid responsibility.

I mean, that viewpoint only works when nikkas hold up they end of the deal. Fuk yeah bron barking at them. They slacking on defense, and dead weight on Offense.

I can live/ understand bron defense drop off considering what he bringing offensively to the table

Bron actually does it too much on the court. I’d prefer that type of energy in practice away from cameras. The shyt he was doing with chalmers was bytch shyt
