This is what I do but i really don't know if it's legit or not
I usually wake up on purpose at about 4 am. This is key as you are half asleep and half awake. Then I lay on the floor with my back on the ground coffin style. You start to go into a sleep paralysis. This is the hard part. Most people can't get past it. It can get scary and freak you out. I'm way past that but it took a long time to just bridge that gap. If you manage to get past that you will start to float out of your body. You can see everything around you and it's cool at first. Things will get wierd fast. I've seen normal looking people walk right past me,demon looking things,children. Honestly it's creepy. If you can get past that then you come to the realization that you're in control. From then on practice. It may start out as just jumping or floating. Do it as much as you can and you will start to lock in
