I've had sleep paralysis but never heard any sounds or felt demonic presence when I got it. right now Im just trying to lucid dream all that astral projection stuff can come later if I'm still curious:whoa:

I remember sometimes I would get sleep paralysis at school when I fell asleep at my desk and kids would look at me like:dahell: when I finally got control of my body and jerked awake

I've had an experience like you explained op. I was in my door room sleep and i thought I woke up. I was looking at myself sleep. I said oh shyt I gotta get back in there. I laid back down into my body is what it seemed like and woke up later. There is shyt in this world that is beyond "normal" understanding

This is what I do but i really don't know if it's legit or not

I usually wake up on purpose at about 4 am. This is key as you are half asleep and half awake. Then I lay on the floor with my back on the ground coffin style. You start to go into a sleep paralysis. This is the hard part. Most people can't get past it. It can get scary and freak you out. I'm way past that but it took a long time to just bridge that gap. If you manage to get past that you will start to float out of your body.
You consciously induce sleep paralysis?

Any pointers? I'll dove off to sleep just laying on the floor.

I guess.i mean I kinda know the deal so In a way I would say yes.
At the same time though. I would say no because it doesn't work all the time.depends on your state of mind, your day etc etc

I used to be huge into to but lately I got back into it and I'm a fukking pro again

Two nights ago i started to astral project, I got outta my body and floated around for a bit, I was wondering why my son was sleeping under our table and my other son was on the floor next to me. Anyways the demon shyts or whatever you wanna call them started to appear. I actually managed to get past it this time. They were yelling at me and doing all these weird things and whatnot. I pretty much told them to fukk off and floated up into the sky. I had fun flying around, flew by some of my fams houses. I was in complete control. It was then I realized I was in a different zone then before. I started flying around like crazy and calling random shyt out. I said basketball and shyt fell from the sky into my hands. I did like 5 more things and it worked every time.

I was about to go to space but then I started to fall and woke up.

When I woke up my son was sleeping under the table and my other one was right next to me. Same exact place as I saw em


The last two weeks I've been killing it. it is addicting as hell

Only happened to me one time. I'm still not convinced that it wasn't a dream (science reasons and whatnot).
Basically I was 16 and it was the middle of the day. I laid down on the bed not expecting to fall asleep but I guess I was tired as fukk. It's worth noting that I was laying on my back with no covers on. Anyway I'm laying there and the next thing I know I'm floating above my body looking down on myself "sleeping". Was freaky as fukk. Didn't last long before I "jerked" my body and woke up but that was enough for me.

If you manage to get past that you will start to float out of your body. You can see everything around you and it's cool at first. Things will get wierd fast. I've seen normal looking people walk right past me,demon looking things,children. Honestly it's creepy. If you can get past that then you come to the realization that you're in control. From then on practice. It may start out as just jumping or floating. Do it as much as you can and you will start to lock in
