I don’t see us going after Pat Bev or him being interested coming here. Unless there’s an injury, I don’t see him getting a lot of burn with Trae, Bogi, DJ grabbing majority of the minutes at guard. That’s one of the reasons Kev got traded. He probably wasn’t going to get more than 14-16 mins per night. I’m sure Pat is looking for a larger role.

So are we cool with just keeping JC? I am, his trade value doesn't seem to be high right now no point in forcing it. Plus I still like JC as a player. He tries on D, decent 3 point shooter. Freak athlete still young. I still got faith.

Philly
Boston
In my opinion I’d say no. So if not then it’s a first round exit type of team. This isn’t a championship level type of team

How many teams in the league are constructed better than them?
Those teams have bonafide superstar wings and bigs or generational players like Giannis or Embiid. Hawks could have had Giannis..just need to scout better.
I’m not scared of Philly. Hawks beat them in the playoffs with a worst roster than they have now & Harden is a no show once the post season starts.

Because you brought Philly up. You might be the only hawks fan worried about Philly.
Boston and Miami handled the Hawks last year because they could shut down Trae & we didn’t have another playmaker. That’s why they brought in Murray…
Can we see how they play together first before all the doom and gloom?
Call me a homer but the only team I think the Hawks have absolutely no shot against is Milwaukee because they have a once in a generation player.
Gallo was fukkin trash on defense and they let him go & brought in Kaminski. He isn’t a dominant defender but he’s a 100 times better than Gallo. OO is already good on D..with a full healthy offseason for the first time in his career he’s free to train all summer and improve even more. Let them play first

I agree we can be better than all those top 4 teams outside of Milwaukee.
My biggest question marks for this season are
Is hunter going to stay healthy and prove he's worth the kind of contract he wants?
Can Jalen Johnson give us defense and scoring at backup pf?
If they both solidify their roles, we are definitely an elite team.
