Sorry for your loss OP, cant say i can relate ive never had an immediate family member die, although ive had aunts & nieces that i really loved who died. Anyway, as is true for everything time is the best medicine

Went running this morning. I usually get in 3 miles around 30 minutes. This morning I just kept running and when I stopped it was around 1hr 10mins. I needed that.
