I swear ya'll be having some weird follow the leader mind sets.

Years ago my boyfriend at the time took us to a Nas club appearance in Fairfax VA. There were like 100 people in a club that could have held 400, dead. But instead of crying like some babies about how many people showed up the 100 people who were there were hype as shyt. So hype in fact, we convinced his to perform. Breh did 5 tracks for 100 people. 5 tracks he wasn't even paid to do. Breh did if off the vibe and for the love of performing. That shyt was so lit and my boyfriend pushed our way to the front. I literally could have reached out and touched him. Stage only a foot off the ground One of the best experiences of my life.

This new generation is so trash. How you waiting on other people to tell you to turn up? Breh you had a prime opportunity. You should have took your drunk ass right to the front and gave Ja and Ashanti some crazy energy. You could have got the party started frfr. But instead you wanna cry from the back. Da faq? You come to see the people on stage or stand in a crowd of musty weedheads?

Missed opportunity breh. Do better. I expect more from you.

Nas and Redman came to do a concert at Buff State College in my city in they gym which held a small amount of people. They killed that shyt. Crowd size don't matter.
He could've easily took his ass off stage but he didnt.

i may be in the minority, but i don't think any of ja's music aged well :mjlol:

This still goes hard. Their work was great for its era, but the body of their music was for a certain moment that doesn't fit our present zeitgeist, lacking the quality that helped other timeless efforts from the same period endure to today. The cynicism of today's music, which has taken a dark descent that mirrors the decline in the state of the black community, simply wouldn't permit this kind of music. It's a sad indictment of where we are as a people. :francis:

Kinda gay ass shyt is this
I be going (which is rare ) hoping no nikkas is in there and especially ballers. Them broads won't even look in your direction. When there's just me the homie and a couple old cacs they at our balls like a pod of orcas. :ahh:The top strippers even hang out and chat for awhile.

Ya boys opted to sit in the car instead of looking at titties because there wasn't enough men in the venue to stare with them :mindblown:
Yeah

They from philly and think the club got to be packed or lit to have fun

And those were my pre-college friends. Stuck in the hood mindset.

I mainly hang with my college friends now.

And we all the type to make wherever we're at fun...instead of chasing fun

The best times :ohlawd:

Dmx is here in a few weeks I hope it's not the same
DMX has a lot of hype right now
shyt got live! It’s packed!!! bytches evawhere!!!
You made this thread hella premature. It said 10pm but I realized I’m on the east coast and this show is out west (just went to Ashanti’s IG). So you made a thread at 7pm about an empty show? Of course it’s going be empty the main act doesn’t get on until close to 10.

This is why you save yo money, wouldn't have to be doing struggle shyt like this. I know rappers can get most they money took under grimy labels, but they bringing in more than enough to retire comfortably, waaay more comfortable than middle class

This show was FIRE! No pun you intended. I was being an impatient drunk dikkhead.

Who's that woman's face on the YT account you uploaded the video on?

My Mexican Mami.

So, you showed up early as hell, they went on late, or the crowd came in as the show went on?

:ohhh:

I was early. They said 7. Show started at 8:30.

Only thing I didn’t like... this nikka Ja Rule took off his shirt and threw it in the air to fall on my old lady.

:martin:

Some Mexican females got into a fight right in front of the stage. That was entertaining.

:ehh:

These two girls kept bumping into this other girl’s back while they were dancing and she turned around and lit their asses up.

:gladbron:
