215 Uptown!
does the Ally boot up directly to the emulation screen? also , do you have a guide you followed?
I think you can create a script that will autoboot into it. But honestly i just created a shortcut via armory crate and launch it from there. I don't want it to autoboot into retrobat cause i use my ally for non gaming pc stuff as well.

I did look at some of justjamie retrobat guides but only for some of the more complicated systems. Retrobat itself is very easy to manage and navigate(yes easier then emudeck)

I also have updated that 1tb build to a 2tb build. The 2tb sd cards came out around august.

Aight so here's what I got going on right now.

1.) $200 Nintendo Switch Lite Hyrule Edition
2.) $77 Picofly RP2040 Hardmod
3.) $109 Super5 OLED Megakit includes: 5000mah battery (Stock is 3570mah), HDMI 1080p mod to enable docking and Hall effect triggers (not using shell)
$20 Install service, this kit and service has no conflicts with existing mods.
(not including shipping)

= $406 vs $549 for the cheapest Steam Deck OLED

I'm currently at Step 2. Already shipped it off, so just waiting now.

After some research, Switch RAM is too weak at 4GB to run some of the Android and Steam games I want to run. and if I want to run Palworld, I'd have to wait for the mobile version and run it off LineageOS from the emms on overclock.

I got my hacked switch back yesterday. There are 3 boot options, 1 more than I remember seeing from when I last hacked my Switch. The three options are SEMI-STOCK, CFW-SYSMMC AND CFW-EMMUC. This semi-stock shyt is new to me. I had do a quick google.

Anyway, to go back to stock, you would hit reboot at the bottom and you'll see two boot options, OFW and RCM. Choose OFW to play your hard-modded switch in stock.

Alright so Semi-stock is similar to OFW. The difference is that it's good keeping your fuse count low while still being able to play normally in OFW and for fixing a glitch in the mod chip that prevents the fuse from burning. Basically when you have update issues for OFW, we downgrade using Daybreak then update using Semi-Stock and then regular OFW should work fine again.

This video helped explain everything to me again cause I forgot alot.

I was able to play Palworld on Switch with no issues, the video I posted, that guy went through too many steps. I don't know why, but all I did was install Moonlight and Sunshine on PC. I didn't configure anything. Then I installed Moonlight from the Nintendo Switch Homebrew. When I opened it up my PC was already listed. All I had to do was type in the 4 digit pin code it randomly generated and I was up and running just like that. I didn't even have to setup gamepad controls. It's automatically setup as Playstation Dualshock. Touchscreen worked too, it was more like it turned into a mouse.
