Ol natural roided up ass nikkaDiet: none... but he doesnt eat shyt either, if that makes sense.. He'll have maybe a few sodas a year. but if theres some pizza around or whatever he'll have some. He eats out a lot (red lobster, Mongolian bbq type places)
he drinks protein (hes on and off protein though for months at a time, I think during this video he was back drinking protein)
he sometimes drinks pre workouts
routine is why he doesnt really need a diet. Hes a personal trainer right now, but he works out with his clients too.. He might take 1 day off a week but even at this point he works out on the days he woulda rested (maybe a light workout on saturday)
He works out minimum twice a day though for serious lifting. Works out currently at 2 pm and sometimes 6 or 8 pm. Other than that hes doing light lifting with his clients as early as 7 am.
When you work in a gym though you start lifting twice a day almost naturally.. before Mayweather fight in vegas I was even working out on my lunch break then again when I got off my shift
