the first one he did landed him on the roster of the Saskatchewan Rough Riders in the CFL.

He was one of the highest ranked running backs in D1/D1AA football in 2008 but his agent dropped the ball as far as him getting drafted. He has continue to work out and try and get on a team. Just watch the video and enjoy it, til this day ive never seen anyone work harder than him as far as working out goes.

I played a little growing up (peewee, jr midgets then freshman high school)
I got kicked off the team in highschool and stopped working out completely (they banned me from the school gym for a year :huhldup: )

we were always the same height I was always a few pounds more but no where near as cut or fast

Just to make clarifications, I am adopted, his dad is my god father and thats why I call him my brother because I have no blood relation to anyone and my fam and his fam raised us both. His dad played in the NFL for the 49ers and got injured his rookie season. Hes mentioned in Ronnie Lotts book (willie crawford)

outta 6 classes, I had 5 F's :lupe: I guess school policy was that since I couldnt be on the team , I couldnt use the gym after school hours because that was for the team or some shyt :stopitslime:

nah nothing like that yet, he is a trainer in the times hes not trying out for teams. This is the 2nd video hes done, the 1st video got him enough exposure to land on a CFL team and this video has already got way more exposure than that. Even just walking on trying out for teams is hard.. all he ever wanted was an opportunity.

Cold part is when he finished college and was in the draft a few teams said theyd take him in the later rounds but his agent fukked that up :why:

Kinda demotivated me somewhat lol... but it's all good. There's alway that one special cat.

I liked the squat with the weightbelt though, I'm gonna have to try that. I don't like putting all that weight on my back like that anymore

Thats only on mid jumping block without the weight vest he can do it on the tallest jumping block. I can do lesser weight on the mid jumping step but thats shyts dangerous honestly. I havnt been messing with the jumping blocks lately cause I hit my shins on the edge of one of them about 2 months ago :sadcam: shyt hurt like a bytch :sadcam:

try it with lesser weight first and on lower blocks first. Or try just jumping squats period first. That fall is no joke with weights :sadcam:

Nah I liked the mid-jump but I was talking about the squats with the dip-belt or whatever it's called. He had 135 on the belt and 135 on his back. I rather do my squats like that...

But the jumps seems cool. I wouldn't do it on a box though, I might just do mines with just quick jumps. Nothing that dangerous
