the first one he did landed him on the roster of the Saskatchewan Rough Riders in the CFL.

He was one of the highest ranked running backs in D1/D1AA football in 2008 but his agent dropped the ball as far as him getting drafted. He has continue to work out and try and get on a team. Just watch the video and enjoy it, til this day ive never seen anyone work harder than him as far as working out goes.

I got videos of him benching 405 from 2009 bruh :stopitslime:

he was benching 315 easy in high school :stopitslime:

Wiki says the record for the Press between 1920–1972 for Men at 82.5 kg (181.5 lbs) is 178.5 kg (392.5lbs) by Gennady Ivanchenko in 1972. This is of course far and away from what the average male would be able to accomplish, but may be an interesting data point.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_world_records_in_Olympic_weightlifting#Men _.281920.E2.80.931972.29

so your "brother" is quite possibly the strong bencher in the world then or atleast top 10....naturally...........ok, whatever you say

Never seen anyone ever out lift him :yeshrug:

even during college pro days (he did his at CAL Berkeley) he out benched even all the line men/line backers except 1. He benched 225, 27 times in a row. A line man benched 225 29 times in a row. NFL measures by 225 lbs, not power lifting even though its just showing off his strength.

I did work at a gym before and could easily tell someone using roids though :stopitslime:

they are the same height, much bigger but not lifting nearly as much

but im glad you using some info from 1972 for your claims :stopitslime:

why not, cats were stronger than and didnt have no damn bench shirts, those came out in 85,so i'd say for raw strength that time period is pretty damn significant for gauging strength
