Yesterday Diddy's SUV got into a TERRIBLE WRECK right in front of the Beverly Hills Hilton. Luckily no one was SERIOUSLY injured. But Diddy definitely got a little f*cked up.

Check out the pics . . . Diddy pulled himself out of the wreck . . . and then crawled over to the grass. After a few minutes he got up and left, refusing medical assistance.

Hope he's OK.
