I'm not going on recognition alone so no he shouldn't be there. I'm considering fame,discography, talent & influence. Influence & discography is where Em falls behind, he definitely has a better case of having his face on a mountain than Nas though.

if your dealing with facts then you would know mt rushmore represents the "history" of the nation and is named after a prominent new york attorney.

hence the name of the mountain should be called Mt. Osse and faces on it would be Melle Mel, Rakim, 2Pac & Nas

I forgot to mention Impact, that's very important since that's the whole point behind the concept of mount rushmore...& It's another thing Nas lacks.

Only person I can think of is Raekwon as he birthed that whole mid 90s mafioso shyt that Biggie, Nas and Jay used to transform and broaden their appeal
