MSG has a legit reason to feel shafted because for the last 30 years they have stayed loyal to WWE by not allowing any other wrestling promotion to rent their venue.

That may not seem like a big deal these days, but it was in the late 80's and thru the 90's when WCW tried desperately to host events there.

Hell, even TNA tried to run a show there years ago.

While this is true, it's still the garden breh:banderas:. History always being made there regardless of how dated the concept is nowadays. Imagine if Impact pulls off the MSG deal and host a show there. This could shake up the industry as a whole. Impact being the first promotion to host a wrestling event since WM 20:patrice:

Unfortunately TNA has fallen off so hard they probably can’t fill hammerstein anymore let alone 15k seat MSG. 5yrs ago I can easily see them doing 7-10k but not anymore.

I don’t think ROH can fill the arena without doing a big cross promotion with NJPW.

This would be a perfect time for bucks to announce an All In 2 for March in MSG

AAA is supposedly running a show in MSG and wants to use talent from LU and Impact.

Yes. It's literally the same shyt. The only time the audience slightly changes up is when they run shows at the Nassau Coliseum or upstate, which are all out of the way if you don't have a car.

:dead: at the idea of smarks going to MSG but staying home just because WWE does a show at Barclays instead. Anti-Brooklyn smarks.

As someone from Jersey, I have to say I've been going to MSG house shows because of the convenience but haven't been to Barclays yet. I'm sure there's a few Jersey fans who just wait for the next Newark show rather than go to BK.

-The cost to rent MSG (2013 Millrose Games- indoor track event) was $400,000 for one day.

-The cost to rent MSG Theater (where Golden Gloves boxing used to be) is around $100,000/ day

-The cost to rent Barclays Center (2013 high school graduation) was $60,000 for one day.

This is why the WWE (and most other events) are going over to the Barclays rather then MSG.

Butt hurt? The WWE has been afraid to put a LIVE Raw in MSG because of them likely cussing out Reigns like no other city. Been afraid for years now...and that was to save Cena too. They should give rhe WWE a hard time..they wanna treat them like they arent good enough for tv? fukk em...
