Butt hurt? The WWE has been afraid to put a LIVE Raw in MSG because of them likely cussing out Reigns like no other city. Been afraid for years now...and that was to save Cena too. They should give rhe WWE a hard time..they wanna treat them like they arent good enough for tv? fukk em...

How far away do you think Barclays and MSG are from each other? They're literally in the same city....

You can't be serious.

1) They run in the Barclays.... which is only 5 miles from MSG. The fanbase doesn't magically change in 5 miles.

2) If that were the case, they wouldn't be running in other smark towns like Philadelphia or Chicago... the latter in which they are having a damn PPV next month.

Mike Johnson of PWInsider reports that Madison Square Garden isn’t very happy with WWE at the moment. Apparently MSG has been rubbed the wrong way after WWE has been running a lot of events nearby at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

Johnson noted that the straw that broke the camel’s back was WWE hosting all of their WrestleMania 35 week events at the Barclays Center in 2019, leaving MSG with nothing. As a result, MSG has reached out to other promotions and is now open to hosting other events aside from WWE at the arena. WWE has had a stronghold on The Garden for decades.
aint no other promotions left that can fill MSG

You think the same hardcore fans come to both?...I dont think the Brooklyn sees it as an event.
...Yes they do? It's literally the same people who would be going to MSG. The exact same damn city. And they've been consistently smarky every time they've had a show. Nothing you are saying in this thread makes sense.

Outside of that house show on the Network, they haven't done a televised show in MSG in seven years

Yes. It's literally the same shyt. The only time the audience slightly changes up is when they run shows at the Nassau Coliseum or upstate, which are all out of the way if you don't have a car.

:dead: at the idea of smarks going to MSG but staying home just because WWE does a show at Barclays instead. Anti-Brooklyn smarks.

MSG has a legit reason to feel shafted because for the last 30 years they have stayed loyal to WWE by not allowing any other wrestling promotion to rent their venue.

That may not seem like a big deal these days, but it was in the late 80's and thru the 90's when WCW tried desperately to host events there.

Hell, even TNA tried to run a show there years ago.

This era is so soft..who knows. Needs to be asked.
