Scarlet witch’s powers aren’t really altered though, her origin is because there are no mutants. But her powers are just developing into what they’ve always been in the comics, it just started out simple.

There’s nothing different about how she uses her powers in the movies than how she does in the comics, up until her stand alone series she was just using a small part of it
