I wonder how Muslim‘s feel about this. I know the character was created by a White Muslim, and White people no matter the background love to place their Western values on different ethic groups. Honestly if White people weren’t always so loud in what they believe, I wouldn’t think twice about it.

Really random how much I’m lovin this show. Still not a fan of the changes to the powers and what not but it’s super enjoyable so far. I felt like the episodes are short but they’re like 40 mins at least. I guess since I just got done running through Yellowjackets I’m just used to longer stuff

I thoroughly enjoyed the first 2 episodes. I was entertained and I liked the vibe. It reminded me of a mix of Hawkeye (my favorite MCU D+ show) and Homecoming (my favorite MCU movie).

Imani Vellani, the actress who plays Kamala Khan, plays Kamala like Hailee Steinfeld () playing Kate Bishop. There were even shots where she resembles Hailee with the flowing, black hair.

I'm a fan of how they incorporate the graphics and texts into different objects in the scenes.

Bruno is a likeable nerd helping out Kamala and her family. Coming up with cool, practical inventions. Yeah, he likes Kamala but him getting brushed to the side for Killa Kamran was That dude saying his name wrong on purpose had Bruno's soul burn slow. I felt for Bruno there cuz he was always helping Kamala with her Ms. Marvel costume and her new powers. There was a scene when they were at the corner store and he was playing a video game on his phone. Kamala was talking about her powers and shyt some magic pixel shyt outta her hand, but Bruno wasn't paying attention. Same shyt happened to me once while I was playing Ghost of Tsushima :Phantom:
