I'll wait til the season is done before checking out. I've seen enough people give it praise, I just don't want to fall into the hype.
Dexter is good for three seasons and Fight Club is for lame white dudes with an inferiority complex.
its 8 episodes in and already one of the GOAT showsif you're into shyt like dexter and fight club don't miss this one. I predict its going to explode in popularity once it hits netflix like breaking bad did (its the perfect binge watching show)

I don't think I've ever said this about a piece of entertainment before, but if you don't like this show I really, really cant and shouldnt fukk with you. Usually that type of disdain is reserved for people that order their steaks well done or those who have never left their hometown... but this show man

To me it feels like the early seasons of Dexter in its pacing. People say it's like Breaking Bad but when I watched BB I wasn't instantly hooked. The first X amount of episodes of BB was boring as fukk. But Dexter, I was immediately hooked. I can't give it a GOAT status because they could easily fukk up next season but right now, it's

I liked the first season of Breaking Bad a lot, it reminded of The Wire, Mad Men and Sopranos because the writing was so good.
Also had a neo-noir thing going for it the first season, if they kept this style the show would have been greatest of all time. (this is one of the reasons I like John Cusack because he did so many neo-noir movies)
But the show struggled until it got Gus Fring. And season 5 was so average.
Center's pacing worked, so I hope this show gives equal time the villains.
Too much on my watch list right now, but if this makes it to Netflix AND gets renewed, I'll give it a shot.
