Have to say casino royale not a bad flick by any means but I remember how I felt when I saw it. Looking at it now it's kind a boring. I think it got that batman begins special, Where folks were so happy with the change in tone that the movie got overated. Entertainment wise quantum trumps it

same it's not so much that it's trash it just it just aged horribly. Mostly due to being the blueprint for epic war movies

what makes it trash is that leaves his village as a youngster and comes back as a 45 year old

No Whammies!!
Although far from trash, "Donnie Darko" and "The Usual Suspects" are pretty much unwatchable if you've seen them more than like three or four times. And this is coming from somebody who absolutely LOVED these films after initially viewing them.

That "Donnie Darko" soundtrack, though... :ohlawd:

While I was watching Donnie Darko I thought it was incredible. As SOON as it was over I realized it was a bunch of nonsense and refused to ever watch it again.

:pachaha: at that observation but on the real though while the movie felt cheap and straight to DVD like that's not the typical character denzel plays. And as flawed as he is you want him to getaway with it, that in itself is brilliant.

Movies and tv shows
The Mummy.
I thought that movie was so cold when it 1st came out!! Then the second one wasnt as good, but saw it cause the Rock was in it. The opening was :scust: but the fight scene

pure :trash:! even as a kid i couldnt really stomach it. But looking back on the first one, its a cheesy fukking movie series overall.
Ive never seen the 3rd one or more than 15 min of the Scorpion King.
But i didnt realize my guy Adebisi was in it!

for me its that movie crash

when I first saw it my young adolescent mind thought it was 'so deep' but watching it years later I realized how garbage and lacking in subtlety it is

on a related note remember how interweaving storylines was a really popular thing to do around that time :russ: babel was the most egregious example. how each character's story was supposed to relate to one another was so paper thin it was almost non-existent. the japanese girls story was completely pointless to the story (but ironically was the most interesting outta the bunch)
Ludacris's character annoyed the fukk out of me.

I am quite surprised Top Gun isn't ruling this fukken thread.

I have seen so many parodies, plot breakdowns (the writer was like :whatthehell?: who exactly are they fighting), the out dated props, the wild mangoness of it that this movie should be on everyone's trash list.
