Less move to Africa, maaaaaaanBelly
Nas was just goofy and really had no direction
This is likely true. Matrix 1 was the GOAT theatre experience for me..it was damn near a spiritual experienceThe Matrix, but not because of the movie itself.
I rewatched it a couple of weeks ago during a Fathom Event for the film's 25th anniversary. The movie still holds up (arguably even moreso now since it's all about the dangers of an AI takeover), but a lot of its impact is diminished because so many movies in the 2000s tried to rip it off. I imagine younger viewers seeing it for the first time the way some people view Superman, Seinfeld or classic Simpsons--groundbreaking for their times, but so many imitators that make it harder to stand out as time goes on.
Plus the fact that the whole red pill ideology came from this movie though in hindsight it's hilarious that all these so-called 'alpha males' based their whole personality on a movie by two trans women
Interesting… any particular reason??Interstellar....
I saw it when it first came out and was like I would tell everyone to go see it...then i watched it sevral years later like trying to figure out why i stanned the movie to begin with.Interesting… any particular reason??
I feel you… i enjoy the movie up until he decends into the teseract, and I get the premise of why it’s there but I just don’t believe that is what awaits you going into a black hole… it just seems like that doesn’t fit the story.. also he comes out of the tesseract and is now back near Saturn at the space station However I still love the movie… being gone a few months and your children aged 20+ years is gut wrenchingI saw it when it first came out and was like I would tell everyone to go see it...then i watched it sevral years later like trying to figure out why i stanned the movie to begin with.
it not wack, it was just underwhelming.
I can watch other classics repeatedly and they will still give me the same feelings
dark knight is timeless.IMO Joker (2019) and The Dark Knight (2008)
both DC cultprits I remember coming out the theatre after watching both like but every time I rewatch either they get worse and worse. I consider Todd Phillips Joker genuinely trash now while the Dark Knight is just mid
That whole court scene was ridiculous

That was a running joke between me and some friends for a while after that movie. Anytime something bad happened "less move to Africa". I'm more tripping that people thought it was good in the first place. I thought the consensus was that the movie had great visuals but the story made no sense and Nas was a horrible actor. Didn't Meth even rap on a track shortly after about how he don't know how to act like the whole cast of Belly.Less move to Africa, maaaaaaan
Imagine getting emotional and in your feelings over a made up comic book movie.Nah, hold that neg, you big c00n.
There are plenty of Marvel films you could have picked. Films that relied on flash over substance but you picked the Black Panther.
You picked the Black Panther because you're that 4 chinned Sambo who wants to show white people you're comfortable disparaging things they associate with Black people.

Saw an early screening.I was struggling to stay awake until the final battle. The first Avengers movie. It was great seeing it in theaters when it first came out but its felt boring every time that I’ve watched it since then
