I thought the directors do the trailers
Depends on the clout but mostly it's the marketing department who oversees the trailer when it's outsourced. A lot of times tho directors have no say and have no idea how the trailer is
I thought the directors do the trailers
Because Arnold AS THE GOOD GUY WAS THE DRAW TO THE MOVIE GENIUS
Nevermind that the first 30 minutes are deliberately crafted so that you DON'T know that.
They're so incredibly off base...never mind the fact that in 1992 people werent really bothered. Arnold as the good guy is why people want to watch this because they knew it would be different from the first one. It was the draw. It wasn't a big reveal. They built up until he showed himself...But it wasn't a huge twist on some Darth Vader s***. It wasnt a secret. Arnold as the good guy is why Terminator 2 was a huge success.People still mad about T2 trailer?
Cranston been shytting on that movie in the media latelyThey used him in trailers breh. I guess you were lucky enough to not have seen those.
But also they didn't realize he was in the movie either so you're not alone
They really hyped that as Heisenburg vs Godzilla. so when he got killed off in the first 40 minutes it was like most interesting character dead before godzilla even made a appearance. They used him in trailers breh. I guess you were lucky enough to not have seen those.
But also they didn't realize he was in the movie either so you're not alone
Yeah I watched the southpaw one and what it showed and decided j really didn't need to see it. I know the movie was gonna be bomb and entertaining but was mad as hell that they revealed that when not needed.
Terminator was just awful with the trailer, movie was great and the idea of them making John Connor the villain would of been a great reveal
Just seen this one for the Perfect Guy and legit gives away the whole movie like dude said above. Just spoiling plot point after plot point , scene after scene and there's a shot at the end that would of played well for the factor but that's blown now.
Honestly surprised Star Wars hasn't been completely ruined by a trailer yet
Cranston been shytting on that movie in the media lately
I know EXACTLY which scene your talking about because the audience went NUTS at that scene. My thinking was, that would've been a nice shot to you know...SAVE for the movie since the trailer already went to great pains to show that ole boy is a stalker...
And the reason for Star Wars not being overly pimped is because of J.J Abrhams, any movie he's involved in has pretty good, but not overly revealing trailers (Cloverfield, Super 8, Star Trek) and he's already said that there will be no new footage released
Just do what I do. If you're watching a trailer and after 45 seconds it seems appealing just close the window. I mean no one is forcing you to watch the whole 2:30.
