Completely agree. Motivation runs out in a day or two. Humans are fickle, so what motivates us today may not do so tomorrow. Commitment and drive are skills that can drastically change your life.
So:
1.) Make a Twelve Week Eating and Workout Plan
2.) Prepare meals for the weak
3.) Get to the gym and do some type of work until you become comfortable
4.) Embrace the hardship of it. You're already beating yourself up, get some type of reward from it
