You basically need to ask yourself why you feel the need to not have a stomach that sticks out/a butt that is bigger. The answer to that question will
carry a LOT of weight in terms of motivating you to action or not. The more valuable the reason, the more likely you will be motivated. Vanity will only motivate you so far.
I know for me personally, I felt that me losing weight would be more attractive to men.
I pretty much still attract the same dimes(
) I did in comparison to back when I was 40+ lbs heavier, so now my focus is a LOT more centered on the health benefits that I've been experiencing over these last few years. The condition of my skin has improved, my knees don't ache, I can breathe better, improved quality of sleep..all of these things used to be big problems for me when I was heavier but I just accepted them to be 'normal'. I use these types of things as cues now to assess my overall physical condition. For example, if my knees start to hurt and I've been eating trash and not working out for an extended period of time, I know I've put on weight and need to address it. If I'm having insomnia, I know that an intense morning workout will have me sleeping like a baby the following night. These things are specific to my situation, but hopefully I got my point across. Once you figure out why, then it will dictate whether you get motivated.
