Help I cant get motivated to work out or eat helthy but i need to. I bought some pre-workout from bb but i dont think its working and i NEED motivation to even mix/drink it.

Motivation has to come from you, nothing we say can get you to want to do it brehette. Just think of it like this though, there's somebody else out there doing the things you aren't, outworking you and trying to be better than you. You ok with that?
Am or Pm?? And how many days do you workout? As a rookie i would start off slow then make my way up. The first thing you need to do to getting healthy and fit is cut out all of the trashy foods and alcohol.....yeah, it's hard but you have to give in. Replace those things with water and fruits and REAL food.i have a schedule. workout at 7pm
