Had my Ray Allen jersey card and AI signed card with a piece of hardwood on it stolen in 6th grade. No clue how it happened. Living in Milwaukee, Ray Allen was like a hero. I was devestated :mjcry:

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
I found these 2 in my closet recently in a box w/ a few other cards I once deemed worthy enough to put in protective cases.

I remember this Ken Griffey Jr card was once valued at like $75.00, and the Olajuwon one was worth $35.00 I believe. I couldnt believe it when I got them.

And I was such a big Olajuwon fan growing up that I put the lesser expensive card in the most protective case.

Oh, to be a kid in the 90's. :blessed:

Neither one of these cards are probably worth a damn dollar these days :mjcry:

got a few jordans and other legend cards... keep about 200 in a book in the house

i won't ever sell them... you look at those card books, the joints from 50-60 years ago, they all money no matter who on them... i figure if i can keep these and till about 80 or pass them to my son... by the time he's 30, it'll be worth a couple tens of thousands for some 70 year old jordans, rice, montana, iverson rookies and so much other shyt

My most expensive card was the 93-94 ultra Michael Jordan scoring king. Back in the day it was listed in beckett for 125 and about 2 years ago I sold it on eBay for 100.

only card I had that was still valuable. If I would have sold my entire collection back in like 95 I probly could have got like 2000 for it. had tons of valuable inserts, a lot of good jordans, shaqs, etc.

now I would be surprised if I could get 200 bucks. the market just isn't there anymore. plus those shaq, kobe, duncan rookies ain't worth shyt cause they're not rare. everyone collected back in those days and everyone has them. The only valuable ones are like the topps finest refractors and the bowman refractors which were very rare.

I remember when Tiger Woods had an "SI For Kids" card that was his defacto "rookie card", and I went digging through all my back issues.

I found literally every issue, with full card sheets in tact, for like 4 years straight....except that one :mjcry:

:manny:, gave me something safe & non-troublesome to do.

My summers were often trading cards and videogames.

Sounds like you a 80's baby Going to Arcades, Collecting Cards and playing Ball the good ol' days:blessed:

A few months ago, I pulled my cards out and for some reason, I got back in the game. Hadn't bought anything since like '01. I had a nice collection before and I added some good cards to it. Most have real value too.

Some of the newer stuff is REALLY nice. If anyone cares, I'll post some examples of it. :yeshrug:

Anyway, here's some beauties from my collection. :myman:

If I could go back just one year and put all my money into his cards, I'd be making a killing right now. I can't even imagine if someone did it when he was having ankle problems. :wow:

how much are the Steph's worth right now?
