Just logged in to say this. All the pros had special abilities specific to their IRL play style.
Earl Campbell had the ability that if he broke one tackle, he was more likely to break subsequent tackles on the same play, plus an ability that made him stronger instead of more fatigued in the fourth. Combine those two with his already high tackle break stat, and he was a game breaker.
Bo in Tecmo and Vick in Madden 04 are the correct answers to this question, though.

The Grizzlies with Rudy Gay and OJ Mayo who could both become unstoppable at any time. Plus Mike Conley with a deadeye, TA randomly hitting corner 3s and Z-Bo/Marc holding down the paint
Denver had Iggy/Gallo/Chandler able to play any position 2-4 and wreak havoc, Ty Lawson being mini Steph, Javale/Faried blocking and dunking everything
Atlanta had Iso Joe and Crawford hitting everything, Bibby shot like Klay, Horford never missed a mid range jumper and Josh fukkin Smith was unstoppable on offense and defense

I had a legitimate 60+on fukking Paul and this fool dropping damn near 50 despite we getting perfect defense with constant green
