Captain America just got popular. While superman batman and Spider-Man at one point had four comic books in rotation. Cap at most had 2. Those three had there own shows while cap only been featured in others. How the fukk is cap iconic in any way?

Come on, Superman is more iconic than any other superhero in the world. It isn't even about popularity or merch sales, he's the OG and everyone knows him. You know there's a couple of old folks who if you show them a picture of Spider-Man they'd go "Oh, he's that spiderguy ain't he?" and wouldn't know his name is Peter Parker but damn well know Superman by name and as Clark Kent. That's a Tyson/Cesaro fact.

I didn't vote for anyone lol. I already said in another thread that superman is easily the most recognizable comic book character in history. People know that S and what it means and its up there with the Golden Arches or coke. It's a no brainier really

Popularity =/= recognized. Capt. America has been around since WW2 breh. Just like superman he represents America. He hasn't been popular in decades but he is one of the most easily recognizable characters along batman and superman.
