Why is it so hard to implement a salary cap for MLB so ALL teams can have a chance to acquire talent instead of having some teams rely on farming while others can just throw money at whoever?

My problems with the NBA...

1) It is boring for 3 quarters, and most games end in anti-climax...Foul-Free throw-Repeat

2) It could easily be a 1 on 1 or 3 on 3 sport...5 players seems unnecessary...If you only need two dominant players to win consecutive multiple championships, then I don't see the point of having 5 players...

Center, Point guard and shooting guard...

3) A 7 game series to win the championship is super BORING...Teams can take nights off...If you know it is one and done, you will play much harder (most of the times)...

After an 82 game season, it is pretty clear which team was the best in the season...The playoffs should be about which team is the best on that day...One and done games are simply MORE exciting...
