2. Arlington Road-for letting the bad people win
Watching Arlington Road on TV as a kid had me
Bad guys aren't supposed to win. And that bad guy didn't just win, he
Kills the hero's girlfriend, makes it look like an accident, doesn't get caught, holds his son hostage with the son thinking it's just a friendly scouting trip, tricks the hero into driving into the FBI building with the bomb inside his own car, blows up the bomb killing the hero and hundreds of other people, gets the hero blamed as a suicide bomber, and gets off scott-free to ride off into the sunset and plan more terrorism while the son lives the rest of his life an orphan who believes that his dad was a terrorist and the real terrorist was his friend and a great guy. 
That makes the story - movie would have been way better if they kept it real.
