He's even worse in Vice City Stories but I'd take on more Lance Vance Chance than having to do that infamous train mission with Smoke any day. Never seen a stupider mission aside from when you had to fly the Dodo in GTA 3.

Quantum leap.

Scott finally sees his girl/wife. But decides to go back into leaping to save his assistant al. He saves him but they can't get him back. Epilogue shows he never made it back.

Don't know if folks remember this or have seen it since it's an 80's flick.. Whole movie is about a Santeria cult involving the rich and elite that uses child sacrifices... the main character is an NYC detective who's investigation puts his fam (which is his son and girlfriend) right in the middle of it.....

his son gets snatched up by the cult and he takes them on and succeeds in taking out the top members while saving his son.... weeks/months after they are living in the country and it's revealed that his girl turned to cult member through the implied sacrifice of his son.

Angel Heart... wouldn't watch if you plan on seeing it obviously...
