Man ive never had a "muffuletto" in my life :what:
Lousiana? I was thinking Po boys for ya'll.

Or something like a Extra high sodium catfish and shrimp nuggets deep fried in reused grease covered with some type of creole sauce in a crossiant or baguette.

Get hypertension off the first bite but probably be the best damn sandwich you ever ate so it's a fair trade.

They done colonized and gentrified ya'll lunch menus.

Didn’t watch, but if I had to speculate the list:
Florida- Cuban
PA- Philly cheese steak
NY- chopped cheese ; western NY- Texas Hots
Missouri- St Paul Sandwiches

Nothing beats a good old fried Catfish sandwich on white bread though.
my wife from St Louis and I guessed St Paul as well. But when I saw the other states I was familiar with, I figured it would be BBQ. It was Hot Salami, she had never heard of it
