I am sure Indiana and Michigan hate THE BULLS more than the heat. Illinois hates the Pacers too. That should be split in two.

I dont know if you live in Michigan but they hate the Heat waaaaaaay more than Chicago, no one actually cares about the Bulls out here at this time. Remember this is not college football where there are born rivals, the hate is more so about players in the NBA, no one actually only cares about the team.

That may be true with Indy but remember, die hard basketball fans may hate a team (although the players still mean a lot in my opinion) but there are way more casual fans in any state and they only follow players
