Mortal Kombat 12 Ideas

It is rumored that MK12 is the Nether Realm game. So an MK12 announcement may be sometime this year. I had a wishlist for the next installment:

Roster- I think Liu Kang, Johnny Cage, Jax, Sonya, Cassie, Sub Zero, Scorpion, Raiden, and Kitana, and Jacqui are pretty much going to be in every game.

Noob Saibot - needs a Bi Han variation that is human equipped with black ice abilities. I think his human Bi Han variation should have a similar look to Reiko, not on some palette swap type deal just the black shadow over the eyes that the the Brotherhood of the Shadow wear. They should also bring back the oily black blood for Noob.

Tanya- more needs to be made of her rivalry with Jade.

Jade- needs to have her own storyline independent of being Kitana's follower and Kotal's lover.

Rain, Taven, and Daegon- the sons of Argus need some shine. I would love to see more Edenian representation.

Great Kung Lao- I would hope he's an actual character given Liu Kang's ending in Aftermath.

Sindel- with the time travel element and Liu Kang's ending, it would dope to see what role she played during the events of the first tournament.

Shang Tsung- I would be shocked if he wasn't in the next game.

The word on some of the other forums/MK subs is that the next game will "disappoint most/excite some" sounds like a MK vs DC II based on that. But I think they should just do MK 12 next.

Havik- Kronika was a fool. She interfered with the hourglass thinking she could reshape history as she saw fit. As the cleric of chaos, I knew that this was a futile task as all must return to chaos. Liu Kang defeating Kronika the first time accomplished just that until the sorcerer changed the timeline when he defeated her. Now he seeks to conquer my realm. He has sent Raiden and Fujin as Chaos realm is his next conquest. I will unleash havoc on the lot of them even if it means aligning with Liu Kang to destroy the sorcerer forever. I have put in place a plan to destroy Liu Kang as well as I awaken the titan of Chaos.

Kitana- I have failed my realm and my people by trusting mother and not killing Shao Kahn when I had the chance. I was captured and imprisoned at their hands. Liu Kang and I managed escape, but somehow he vanished from my side. I found myself alone until I was confronted by Jade. The disappointment in her eyes was disheartening as I no longer knew whether my lifelong friend had now become my foe as she had rallied Edenians that I once led.

No way the next game is a direct sequel to MK11. Their fan base is already pissed they dropped support for 11 after 2 years.

Rain- Again, Mileena was Kahnum of Outworld. This time, she has Tanya ruling at her side. I aid Jade and the resistance against Outworld. We are only allies as we have a common foe. Little does she know, I gladly aided Cetrion and Noob Saibot in their onslaught against the elder gods. Argus was mine as he left me an orphan. After his demise at my hands, my soul was darkened by the same darkness that is blanketing all the realms. This dark cloud has increased my powers. The realms shall tremble at my feet, but I must first make sure my brothers Taven and Daegon suffer the same fate as their father as I make their mother watch before she shares their fate.

Human Sektor: After Shang Tsung sent Raiden and Fujin to spread his influence throughout the realms, I laid claim to Earth Realm. I have reformed the Lin Kuei. All of them, except the remnant of the clan who joined Sub Zero against me, have undergone the cyber initiative. Soon, all humanity will undergo the cyber initiative and I will have a psychic connection with all. Any who oppose my Lin Kuei will fall. Scorpion and his Shri-Ryu, Sub Zero and his renegade Lin Kuei, Kai,Jacquie, Jax, and the special forces have all joined forces to overthrow my rule. Their resistance is futile as Noob's shadows have merged with my cyborgs under the dark cloud that blankets the realms.

Ermac/King Jerrod- I was a warrior chosen by Argus to serve as an Edenian guard. I was approached by a strange god like figure who identified himself as Liu Kang, god of fire and thunder. He was traveling the realms searching for powerful warriors to fight in a tournament called Mortal Kombat to defend their realm against Outworld. I was reluctant to accept until he revealed the future to me. My realm falls victim to Outworld where it is doomed to oppression. I fall victim to sorcery where I am merged with fallen warriors cursed to watch an evil warlord take my wife and raise my daughter as his assassin. I cannot allow this. I will fight alongside Liu Kang to defend my realm.

Not gonna lie it would be cool if Earlthrealm has to deal with a different kind of threat other than people from Outworld and from the Neatherrealm like they usually do. It would be cool to have to fight against forces from the other realms like the Chaosrealm or Orderrealm.

Also it would be cool if other elder gods get involved in the fukkery, the fall of Shinnok and the deflection of Cetrion would be the catalyst for it.

Merge all moves into one character. Stop separating the move set.

Or allow us to change styles on the fly.

More stage fatalities.

Make guage fill slowly unless ur connecting with moves and or getting your ass beat

I would love to see this, but MK11 pretty much screwed it all up. They killed off all the elder gods. They were talked up in every game and in MK11, we finally got a real look at them. One of them was even playable in Cetrion, but they had her kill them all. No real motive. They could've at least have them fall at the hands of Dark Raiden. Like have him absorb them into Shinnok's amulet. Now we have the titans. If they really are going to have powerful beings like that in the game, they should be more formidable. I would like to see them look more elemental instead of like normal characters:

I also agree that Chaos Realm and Order Realm need more representation. Havik was the best character they gave us from either realm. They need to expand more on Hotaru (I liked his design) and Darrius (they could have done more with his design). Then there was Dairou who probably had the weakest moveset of anyone in an MK game.
