Never used him. He has absolutely no tools and the only way to win with him is making good use of the space between him and the opponent. Otherwise he's completely useless.
A lot of characters use spacing and whiff punishing. Kotal just isn’t fun. I play with a lot of low tiers(Frost, Cage, Shao) and they are cool. You can’t play close because his normals are shyt. You can’t zone outside of landing his one counter KB. Worst in the game(I haven’t played Dvorah)
She has alot of fun brutalities
The krushing blows just kills he balance of this game greatly
