Making fatalities easier then making fatalities and a whole character plus moveset. Let's act like they aren't reusing moves from mk11 for the kameo characters.Mk11 is arranged differently and you gotta be considerate of that. You can't apply MK11 standards to MK1 for a lot of reasons
MK1's current cast is 18 characters. Let's round up and say the game launches with 20. Then you have an entire separate cast of Kameo's
Break down the Kameos. These nikkas have their own set of animations where they have to seamlessly team up with the regular cast, AND their own fatalities. Then consider that there's an entire full cast of Kameos to be added by launch, and likely more after. Those Kameos also have to have their fatalities, and team cinematics that work with the cast. So even if MK1 launches with even 15 Kameos you're looking at a cast of 30+ characters that require cinematic assets
Do you realize how much work that is??? How many fatalities do you really need?
I'll be doing a fatality every single match win.it's launching with at least 24 characters (possibly 25) 16 kameos nobody gonna care about fatals past week 1

He had those abilities in 11. Or at least the time manipulation. It wasn’t popular.

I don't think those moves were tournament legal in MK11 which is why they probably didn't seem popular.
