Bang Bang Packers gang!
Im on a 3-11:30pm shift, i dont even think i could do morning workouts if i tried at the moment, i do get energized after my workout at night but sleeping late at 3 never disrupted anything other than sleeping till 11-12 noon
I do alot of cardio at night even after working a job where i have to move around all day.. i ran 6 miles after a regular shift... my question is would i be burning more calories in the morning or late night.. or does it all equal out?
doesnt matter what time u work out if u worry about calories. Every exercise is the same. I just prefer mornings cuz it makes me feel good throughout the day.
