It depends.

I do a fasted cardio 5 times a week. Meaning as soon as I wake up, without eating. Hit the cardio. Because your body has to use stored fat for energy, instead of the food you're eating.

Late Night Workout might be a little better since you can rest right after, and that's when your muscles grow.

This here is 6 months fasted cardio, with lifting. 6'3 195 here. Goal is to get down to 190. I came from 260 due to an a depression.

Cardio in the morning. Followed by weights at night, with Whey after, and you'll be straight.

This is 265 or so. Sometime in 2012 after my mom passed. At like the peak of my depression.

Im looking into this too. I've always gone to the gym fasted as soon as I wake up, but recently I've been feeling tired near the end of the workouts and I've been stalling on all my lifts for the past few months (part of that is I haven't been getting in enough calories, but I wanna see if eating b4 a workout would help)

Don't lift fasted. At all. Ever. Cardio fasted. Lifting without proper energy is dangerous breh.

Well maybe just me then. I gotta have a pre workout meal. And I think you'll get a more efficient workout if you eat, but to each his own man. Whatever works you know?
No doubt. I don't like that feel of food on my stomach.

It's an experiment of one
