Folk forget this. I'm sure most in here didn't even know AD before he was drafted.

:rudy:
You need to stop this.

I put you and damn near everyone in here onto AD while he was at OU.

Most people in here did know who he was. laker offseason wasn't a poster on the old board. It was obvious he was going to do what he's doing now since he was in college.

He wasn't "oft injured" in college.

Are you really trying to tell me that his injury history was not a concern? Stop it.

And :what: at you putting people onto AD as if he was a 3rd string walk-on or something. Anyone who watched the slightest bit of College ball knew who he was.

You could tell he was destined for stardom after his freshman
year and going into the draft,I felt he was the best talent. However, going to the browns would have been detrimental to both AP and Cleveland. Now as far as those other teams that passed him up:usure:

I don't get his post. For 1, everyone knew who AD was. Secondly, there were concerns about his durability going into the draft. How anyone can deny that is :wtf:

Exactly.

@JLova is just on that you guys didn't know better nonsense.

That dude was amongst the most talked about college players on the old board.

Jlova made him out to be a hidden gem....Not me!! I was just his biggest cheerleader on the old board. He wasn't some unknown.

Yet you put us onto him?

My claim was directed at the folk in this thread acting like this was a slam dunk decision when it really wasn't. How nobody mentions the durability concerns coming out of the draft tells me that they either forgot or did not pay much attention to dude in College.

Da fukk does :hamster: have to do with anything? My post wasn't directed at them.

:snoop: Here you go... Where did I make him out to be that? A hidden gem drafted drafted as the 7th pick?

You took a post directed at a certain group of people personally and are doing the good ole fashioned Reb spinarooni.

Folk standing around wondering why AD didn't go higher as if there weren't concerns about his durability leading up to the draft really has me questioning whether they knew the dude to begin with.

With that said, I was half joking with that post. Even so, how you equated that to him being a hidden gem is downright stupid, but not surprising.

Next time I will point out when I'm being facetious. :leostare:

I didn't know you were joking.

I guess I'm at the point where I have completely ignored media chatter over what I see in players.

You put people onto AD? Madden said he could have gone straight to the pros when he was just a senior in High School. Everyone who followed college FB knew who Peterson was before he even came out. Dude was already a legend before he even got there. So nah breh, you didn't put anyone on Adrian. Unless you didn't follow the sport.

He missed 4 games his sophomore year and 7 games his junior year.:heh: Yeah he was often injured.:aicmon:

AP goes to Cleveland and he wouldn't be as good.

RGIII goes to Cleveland and he wouldn't be as good.

Bu..bu.. but dammit, Joe Thomas is so good there. :laff:
