Uh T.I. was talking about the Trap way before Jeezy every came along bruh. and Gucci Mane and Jeezy started around the same time. So he still didn't START anything.
clifford was the first to use the word, jeezy started a nationwide movement with it, from the whole snowman t shirt craze to the ad libs ect, gucci didn't start anything.

the trap or die mixtape alone kills your argument, and tm 101 was the most anticipated album to drop that year.

So he had a good 3 to 4 year run. Salute him, that don't make him a part of hip hop history.

Hip hop changes from generation to generation. Just because nikkaz ain't taggin subways, breakdancing and throwin parties in the Bronx at playgrounds, that doesn't negate what Jeezy has done for hip hop

LOL....Why u bringing up what Jeezy has done for Hip Hop when referencing an interview in 06 when Jeezy was just making noise.....This was 06....Jeezy hadn't done much for the game at the time...his 2nd album didnt even come out yet........

And Jeezy didnt defend his stance properly....Even if Hip Hop changes from generation to generation. When Monie brought up how the original concept had died...she was a vet who can say that...Jeezy was of the new era and was downplaying the persepective of a vet. Jeezy was way off when doing that. How can u argue with someone who saw the game in its original form and then and calling it out for changing? You can't. Jeezy wanted to take the stance that Hip Hop wasnt dead because he was doing his thing...cool....But when you're defense is a) taking a weak jab at a veteran from London b) questioning wether another rapper shoots his gun. Thats not a good defense to counter the perspective the veteran had.
