I'm assuming u heard the convo in question. Jeezy shot himself in the foot twice. Jeezy was looking bad in that interview......His rebuttle to the argument was off. Co signing Jeezy during that interview is 1 degree above co signing Camron when he went on CBS and made a fool of himself when asked wetherehe would inform police if he knew a serial killer was living next door.
I laughed at Jeezy's audacity

It's not that serious

So u saying Monie was the bigger fool over Jeezy who couldnt even rebutt Monie Love properly and clearly was unaware that Nas did bus his gun ? Atleast Monie didnt backpeddle.

Say what U want but Jeezy 1) lost in the argument and 2) backpeddled afterward hence the title of the thread.

How did he lose the argument? :what: There was really no argument. Monie love got super emotional. Hip hop is still alive. That's a fact. Just because hip hop doesn't sound like it did in the 90s, it doesn't mean that it's dead.

Jeezy had valid points

LOL @ valid points and acting as if Jeezy didnt leave the convo all emotional...He said Nas didnt Bus his gun....when those with merit who actually knew him came out and spoke of an incident when he let the gun breathe. Then Jeezy backpeddled afterwards.

Monie Love said "the concept of Hip Hop is dead" which it is......Bambatta started a movement with the parks to keep the kids away from the gangs...fast foward to the mid 2000's where the gang culture is heavily promoted by the rappers of that era (Dipset, Jeezy, Weezy, Snoop, game, ) Thats just one example. Monie who came from a different era and saw it from the different era has merit when saying that things changed from what they once were because she was there, hence that moment when the co host asked Jeezy "You do know that is Monie Love right?" Then Jeezy trys to throw a jab at Monie about her being from London...yet the great Slick Rick is from London....Now lets switch the roles and picture Jeezy trying to take a jab at Slick Rick for being from London....Can u see how stupid Jeezy looks now for taking that weak jab about her being from London? Then Jeezy started misquoting and talking about first week numbers to bring merit to why Hip Hop isnt dead...LOL @ valid points. How can u question Nas street credibility? I've actually been past the 59th street bridge...copped weed at building 41 - 14. Nas is a Titan in queensbridge.

Hip hop changes from generation to generation. Just because nikkaz ain't taggin subways, breakdancing and throwin parties in the Bronx at playgrounds, that doesn't negate what Jeezy has done for hip hop
