What's the organization's play for Jaden Ivey? Is he going to be a valued 6th Man for this team moving forward?

They do and this years draft won't have what they need, so they will have to prolong the tank if things continue on the current trajectory.
Probably time to move on from the draft. I remember hearing during preseason on basketball podcast that Detroit got a lot of money coming off the books this year and have two max slots next summer. At least one max slot. At this point itโ€™s time to surround Duren, Amen and Cade with two great vets(even if you have to over paid) to start next season. this years draft ainโ€™t great. Package that FRP and go grab a pf and sg. Just have to scout the market for teams that may be ready to blow it up. Monty can make up for the location/ bad team tax yall have to pay to get players there, just based off his rep. Itโ€™s situation out there to capitalize. Iโ€™m hearing OKC playing that stupid game again where they donโ€™t want to go in the luxury tax again(with Giddy up for his extension and then Chet soon. Itโ€™s unavoidable with all the first round pick slot they have to pay soon. Maybe blow their mind away with a crazy package for SGA

This team does not currently have a #1 option and they won't be getting it from FA. If a trade presents itself then sure make it, but otherwise the only avenue is the draft. No way in hell would OKC give up SGA. If anyone leaves it will be Giddey.

Solid discussion on what's going on with Monty trying to establish a culture in Detroit and how it impacts player buy-in

They can't trade a FRP right now since they already have one owed to NY that is conditional. Nothing is happening until they actually figure out what the hell it is they actually have once Bogs and Livers are back and players actually learn their roles in Monty's system.

Killian is in there for IQ across the board, 3pt shot isn't always there (which is some weird shyt to trip about imo) but he is a smart player
I'm gonna try and relax on him a bit, but you can't just try and dismiss it as 3pt shooting and everybody else being "weird". He has all time inept shooting numbers, and it's not just from 3. He's statistically one of the worst offensive players in the history of the game. People aren't just being weird. Still, I'm willing to watch how this plays out :manny:

Whats up with Duren missing games? He have an injury that they are managing?

Also, that was a brutal stretch right after Wiseman got subbed in. Gives up a offensive board and layup to Moody, then doesn't even challenge GP2 on that leak out fast break.

:hhh:

Killian low key balling:whoo:. Hope Cade paying attention to how he not turning the ball over every other play.
