That is unacceptable. They need to find a way to make Ivey work as a starter. Killian just hasn't worked out and doesn't ever seem like he's gonna be worth the pick they spent on him.

Killian PG, Cade small forward, Ivey SG, or Ivey can come off of the bench and get 20 plus or so a game like a Lou Williams. Neither Cade or Ivey are real PG's like that.

At least Joe knew how to cut bait when the draft pick failed. If they dumped Killian after year 1, they could have gotten something

Yall gotta get something back for Hayes. Trade him while you can

Even though he didn't sign the offered extension he'll be a restricted at the end of the season so as long as another team doesn't offer too much (which they probably wont) he'll be back :umad:

BUT this consistent playing time could be a case to get him some views for a possible trade scenario. I believe Monty wants him on the squad though. Either way I wish the best for the brotha, he's alright with me.

Why would they dump him after year 1 when he was injured/showed promise beforehand? Last year was his first relatively healthy season. Cade has missed extended time himself and its all kind of excuses made for him and he's not a project like Hayes.

Cade wasn’t the worst shooter in the nba as a rookie, Cade’s production got better by the month as a rookie. With Killian Hayes is going on a near half decade journey to make a solid role player out of the #7 pick. I’m no doctor, but something happened mentally when he finally had a solid month of basketball, he had an off night in Paris, and then his game subsequently regressed into this season.

Your dedication to a player you latch on to is astounding to me. That's not a diss. I'm just truly amazed.

At some point Weaver has to make his big move. Been patient to a fault. Failed they Wemby sweepstakes. Stars don’t hit free agency anymore. Needs to swing a big trade. Like Cavs trading for Mitchell or Kings trading for Sabonis. If they could get someone like Lavine or Towns it would be perfect. Just keep core of Cade Ausar and Duran

Bey isn’t doing anything in Atl :yeshrug:

Draft picks have been pretty good except for Killian. I don't fault him much for that one since scouting and everything was all fukked up in a COVID year and he just got the job. But the free agent signings have been absolute nothing's. This gotta be the year he signs someone worth a damn as they should be able to see what real holes this team has now with Cade back.

The only bad move of consequence weaver has made is the Killian selection

Is bey better than wiseman ? Sure. But it’s comparing mid to trash ..who cares tbh.

I’m not going to cry about giving cheap deals to former busts

I used crack on Weaver for not trading Bojan but it’s 1000% apparent now why they need that man on the floor so I get it .

this Is the most mid-list of complaints I’ve ever seen.
