He's including worldwide box office which brings it to the 220 range but this is 1999 money lol that international dollar didn't hold as much weight then as it does now and its grosses here along with its critical reception wasn't enough to keep it going therefore: flop
Yeah I know he in lncluded ww figures but the fact it made only 113 domestic wise is pathetic for a blockbuster will Smith vehicle.

Thats different though....Leo played a crook and the movie is in 3rd person

Cooper has been on promotional tours with the widow speaking on the merits of Chris Kyle and the movie. He also has been speaking with actual service members.

The movie even showed real footage of the guy getting buried like he was George Washington:what:

You cant speak on how you are "staying true to the character" who is real"American Hero" and know you are taking part in manipulation of actual events..

Won't hurt him breh, hate to tell you. I hear your argument but it won't make a dent in his career. What matters when it comes to you getting roles is your box office power and he's proven it. Plus he's been nominated for an oscar 3x and it's not going to stop a lot from seeing the next Bradley Cooper vehicle if it looks good and entertaining. Trust me, he'll be fine:whoknows:

People are smart enough to separate the actor form the role now.

That's why I conceded as far as his career goes

But his integrity is in question and that is my point

Two Guns was beneath the caliber of Denzel and the movie was forgettable

You can see it on screen Denzel hasn't been so happy playing a role since Training Day, he's on the top of his game and 2 Guns was so close being the new Lethal Weapon

Movie flopped bruh, it's widely known. Peep the budget.

Domestic Total Gross: $113,804,681Distributor: Warner Bros.Release Date: June 30, 1999Genre: Western ComedyRuntime: 1 hrs. 47 min.MPAA Rating: PG-13Production Budget: $170 million

:manny:

producers made back more then the budget. But if that makes it a flop.

Agree to disagree then breh.

Depends on how much they intended for it to make back though. They run their business like any other business and sometimes use the grosses from movies to budget other grosses and I'm sure they figured the movie would make a lot more than that domestically and a lot more in total grosses. They probably assumed it'd make 200 million domestically and it fell way short. Plus again, we don't know how much they spent on marketing which isn't included in a production budget so let's say they spent another 30 mil on marketing, meaning they spent 200 on the movie, and once the theaters got their cut of the pie, that left the studio with a loss

And like a business as long as you don't take a loss then you came out on top. Now the only drawback is they might not give will smith a role in a movie with a huge budget again but if they did not lose money from a business standpoint it was not a flop. From the personal opinon of an actor and movie goer then that is a different story.
It flopped like Ginobli bruh
It flopped bruh. They didn't make much back if anything at all.

Breh if they spent 170 on it and only made by 20 or 30 or even 100, that's a loss. If I spent 170 on it I need the movie to make 340 so I can break even and recoup what I spent then I need it to make in the 400-500 range so I can really get some return on investment. They didn't even make back what they spent on it

Yeah it did. Spiders can make or break your project tho.
